FAQ
How many photos will I receive?
For hourly event coverage I guarantee a minimum of 30 lightly edited images per hour of coverage. Although I will always give you all the best photos from your event.
How soon can I expect my photos after my event?
For event coverage you will receive your online gallery within two weeks of your event. If you need them within a shorter timeline I offer a rush service for an additional fee.
What is your event coverage approach?
My goal is to be a "fly on the wall" as much as I possibly can. I try not to interfere too much with the event as its unfolding. However, for the sake of ensuring that you have a good collection of images that reflect your event, I may from time to time invite people to pose for a photo.
Can I book in half hour increments?
Yes, I'm happy to book in 30 or 60 minute increments, with a minimum of 1 hour.
When is the best time for you to start shooting?
To capture the "heart" of an event, its not necessary for me to be there from the beginning to end. It really all depends on who and what is involved. In my experience, if your event includes a meal service, most people won't want to have their photo taken while they're eating, so we can avoid this block of time. As well, if the event is intended for teenagers, such as a dance or formal, sometimes it takes them a little time to "warm up" before they are relaxed enough to start fully participating in their event. I will book a consultation call with you to talk through all of these details so we can find the ideal window for your event coverage to start and finish.
